关于退货

You can return your order within 30 days after delivery. The book needs to in its original condition.

Request Return:

• Go to your account page
• Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
• Select a return reason and add an optional note for us. Click "Request return".
• Once approved, you'll receive an email with the return shipping label. Then just ship the order back to us with the pre-paid shipping label.

Refund:

• If your order is returned unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at motatabooks@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
